  •     This course is designed to develop participants' skills and behavior in delivering customer service in accordance with the provisions of RA 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery). This course shall feature the basic and practical applications of customer service principles through a variety of interactive learning methodologies.
