This training aims to enable excellent customer service within their respective agencies, this course emphasizes on the roles and responsibilities of frontline/service providers as provided under the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (EODB-EGSD) or RA 11032 and other related laws and issuances. Through the course, frontline/service providers are given avenue to create proposals for systems and procedures that need reengineering in relation to their frontline services.
