This is one of the 4-part PRIME-HRM Series which is intended to enable Learning and Development (L&D) Practitioners develop their technical competencies in the areas of learning needs analysis, course design and learning materials development. This program will highlight the key steps in L&D planning such as: identifying L&D needs, prioritizing L&D needs using the SUG model and Pareto Analysis, selecting L&D interventions and installing a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework.
