This course aims to provide Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) with the proper understanding of the principles, policies and guidelines governing leave administration leading to equitable implementation of this social legislation. This course involves a combination of lecture and workshops with practical exercises on leave credits computation (vacation, sick, terminal and maternity leave), leave without pay (LWOP) and computation of compensatory overtime credits. In addition, new and amendments to existing policies such as the Alternative Work Arrangements and COVID Leave and many others are included.
