This two-day course is the first of the 4-part PRIME-HRM Series which will highlight the salient provisions of the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Other HR Actions (ORAOHRA) as amended in 2018. Specifically, this course discusses the core principles, processes and practices of Competency-Based Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) System. This course aims to develop participants' competencies in developing BEI questions based on identified competencies for a specific position. This shall also include the importance of conducting Background Investigation as part of building a responsive and reliable RSP System.
